Hello!
For assessment has been off to a rocky start with my entire first week sick and not any work being able to be done so not good! we have a story now though which is great! Here is the rough script for it, we will be using mo cap for both characters and Faceware for the Granny so we get very nice facial deformations: Beat it Quietly Characters: - Granny - Master-beater Script: (Opening shot): Afternoon outside two apartment buildings in the middle of a low-income part of the city. *Fade in* Close up of a hideous looking old lady with cucumbers on her eyes trying to get a beauty sleep with a slimy grin. *Fade in* Young man sitting down at his drum set and prepping to play. *Cut to* Old lady startled aggressively by loud drum note and gets up quickly with cucumbers flying off her face. Mumbling to herself quietly. Shot from the window of the young man playing the drums aggressively and passionately with the old lady seen in the background yelling inaudibly and shaking her fists. Old lady notices he can’t hear her and retreats back into the room, retrieving a cucumber limply towards camera and throws it across to the man’s bedroom but he doesn’t even notice. Close up of old lady’s face as she scowls in disgust at the young mans beating. Old Lady: (Angrily) “Can’t believe he’s beating that at this hour!” Shot of the nightstand with items scattered across it and her hand reaches into frame and grabs a bottle of moisturiser. Shot of moisturiser flying across, followed by other items on the nightstand such as hairbrush, alarm clock, etc. As the drummer reaches the climax of the song he misses the final crash and the old lady throws her teeth and it accidently hits the crash just at the right moment. Drummer is amazed and turns to her exclaiming, “WOAH, thanks you saved me with that final note there!” Close up of old lady furious and veiny. here is the production schedule: http://i.imgur.com/aczwAyt.png here is the animatic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJSjxn5kAyg so far the crew is: Me - Director Tom Barker - Producer Joshua Rubio - Crew Comments are closed.
